Yes I'm using Orecx call recording solution for call center but not for the
office.
So as I'm using Asterisk for my outbound calls I have added two lines to my
diaplan to call record the calls and listen it later, below this is my conf
for people who can have the needs:
exten =>
_0XXXXXXXXX,n,Set(CALLFILENAME=${STRFTIME(${EPOCH},,%d%m%Y-%H-%M-%S)}_0${CALLERID(num)}_${CALLERID(name)})
exten => _0XXXXXXXXX,n,Monitor(wav49,${CALLFILENAME},m)
and for listening in real time a channel there is ChanSpy command.
