I'm recording around 200 000 calls per day with audio and screen, I'm one of 
their biggest customer regarding my usage (audio + screen), the have biggest 
customer for audio part. 

I'm using their packet sniffing solution, I have my avaya clan and medpro 
traffic mirrored to a network port where orecx is connected on our local 
datacenter, screen recorder is on call center side (to save bandwith, we are 
using International E1).

Well I'm really happy about this product, it's working well and stable for 
several months without issue, it's a simple product it's not like Nice that I 
have removed. You can ask them for new feature without problem, their prices 
are really cheap, don't expect to have the same thing with Nice, the team 
always answer you quickly.

I'll never go back to Nice or something else.
