I have an end user system (4.2) with and Audiocodes MP-118 gateway connected to the PSTN. On rare occasions an inbound caller will press an IVR option and get an invalid extension response. Of course when I test it, it works fine. On the rare occasion that I get it to fail, it seems there is no recovery. I have to call back in.
