I'm working on a brand new install and am very new to sipx (and IP PBX's in general) so please bear with me.

I'm seeing some interesting incoming call behavior, first here is my configuration:

Sipx 4.40 (sipXecs(4.4.0- 2012-02-08EST)
Polycom IP 560 phone, bootblock: 3.0.2.0024, bootROM: 4.2.1.2075
This is a 4 line phone.

I just have a temp DID assigned to the phone for now to do some testing. When an incoming call comes to the phone, if I don't answer on the first ring, I see the call information duplicated on the display. Sometimes it's just one, other times, it's once for every time the phone rings. The second, third or forth line don't light up, it's all "on top" of the first line.

When I try to answer the phone, I can't answer, I have to click the "reject" softkey for the second instance of the incoming call coming in and then click the "accept" softkey to answer the call.

This behavior isn't consistent, meaning that it doesn't happen with every call.

If I setup a hunt group and assign the DID to it and my phone to the hunt group, I get the same behavior. If I setup the system to have the auto-attendant answer and transfer to my extension there is no issue.

Anyone seen this type of behavior before?

Thanks,
Steve
