I haven't done no changes at the phone end. The only changes was on the line registration FORM on SIPX which will be sent to the phones.. Otherwise the phone will stay registered directly with SIPX. Please instruct us how to achieve this external registration without doing any changes on SIPX or / and Polycom we might be doing something wrong then
