Ah, finally I see it. Says VOP 1.51. I would review your VOP config with some of the VOP users on this list and make sure it is correct. VOP says the calls is already answered, and it might not be playing nice with the cirpak switch. I would suggest you review the howto on this page:
http://www.voiceoperatorpanel.com/sipxecs.shtml to ensure you consifured it using the hostname (not ip address). I am a little puzzled WHY sipxbridge is being used at all if the gateway is already on your network. Typically when a provider has a local ip address on your network with a device already there, its normal to not use sipxbridge and send calls from your dial plan to the IP address of the device as an unmanaged gateway and hence the trunking role is not even used unless another provider/gateway requires sipxbridge.
