I have tried the "Phantom user" solution, in antother way, i
was looking for un "Call Forward uncondidionnal" and then
this is one thank you !

But for the external extension call forward, the result is
the same, the call is broken.

I can make a wireshark trace if you need it.

So the only way is to have 2 ITSP's.... 

Would it be possible to build two SIP trunks on the same
gateway IP address, one on the 5070 port and another one on
5090 for example ??

Nethertheless, i can understand that there is nothing to do
now with this issue, but perhaps the 1 leg cancellation for
a forked call should be improved in future version....
