500 server error cause=213 relayed error response. sipxbridge in this call scenario is not preserving the error message from the cirpack. IT does however tell us the call has been answered elsewhere, which indicates it (cirpack) has acknowledged the call as answered elsewhere. Besides modifying sipxbridge code to further preserve the itsp error message (it would not appear the preserving the error message will preserve the actual "call") IMO - Get a capture of the call (both the original and forwarded) and ask cirpack folks at technicolor what they do not like about the call and how to create a rule in the cirpack to accept and preserve the call as it should.
