I don't think you understand the terminology I'm using. Your sipx-trace shows 192.168.1.241 sending the Invite to the SIP-Proxy. What is 192.168.1.241? This is not appia and its not your PBX. This typically means you have a SIP "gateway" handling your calls. Not a gateway setup in sipx. But an actual seperate device or other software running as a sip gateway sending calls to your PBX. When your using this method, then you do not configure SIPXbridge gateways. In a normal setup sipx-trace would show the following. Appia's PublicIP ---> INVITE TO ---> SIPXBRIDGE 5080 SIPXBRIDGE ---> INVITE TO -->> SIPXPROXY 5060 SIPXPROXY ---> INVITE to phones or VM or wherever your sending the calls internally. None of that is displayed in your trace. Hence, your setup is not the norm. And considering that many of us use Appia without any real issue or uncommon setup it really seems like there is a fundamental setup issue. Your other ITSP are more home-based and thus add more tricks to get around bad setups (like home users do on a regular basis). But appia will not. -M
