Hi, I can't seem to get Aquamacs 1.6 and Skim 1.2 to play together using SyncTeX. LaTeX is compiling with "-synctex=1" and indeed the .synctex.gz file is being created. Doing Shift-Command-Click in an Aquamacs LaTeX buffer does call up Skim at the right place in the PDF file. However, doing the same in Skim does not bring me back to Aquamacs.
At first I thought that it was because the Skim->Preferences->Sync settings for Aquamacs Emacs use 'emacsclient', which on my ancient Tiger powerbook refers to the emacsclient of the Emacs 21 which came with the system. Howeevr changing this to the emacsclient which is inside Aquamacs Emacs.app does not help. Any pointers would be appreciated.
