OK, I actually looked at that dialog but it doesn't seem to do what I want
it to do :-)
 
I'm already in Zenithal projection.
 
What I'd like to do is rotate the current view to a specific orientation.
Currently, AFAIK, all I can do is rotate plus or minus 15 degrees. I'd like
to 'straighten up' the current view. If that's not clear please have a look
here:

I added the red arrow to indicate how I'd like to rotate the view. Basically
a view like that allows me to find it by turning towards the Az angle and
then looking up.

Hi Sander,

Yes. In v2.76, it's still the left tool bar, but this time choose the fourth
icon from bottom, Projections. In the Chart Orientation frame, click on
Zenithal projection.
