Hi Peter, OK, I actually looked at that dialog but it doesn't seem to do what I want it to do :-) I'm already in Zenithal projection. What I'd like to do is rotate the current view to a specific orientation. Currently, AFAIK, all I can do is rotate plus or minus 15 degrees. I'd like to 'straighten up' the current view. If that's not clear please have a look here: http://www.tungstentech.com/images/astro/image003.png I added the red arrow to indicate how I'd like to rotate the view. Basically a view like that allows me to find it by turning towards the Az angle and then looking up. Thanks, Sander
