Peter, the fix you refer to circulated last August (to change the URL reference to the alternate 'Harvard' site) unfortunately worked only for a short time, before that site too suffered the same problem and stopped working. (This was also discussed later in the forum.)
Since then, the problem has been ongoing and subject to occasional posts confirming the continuing issue, as others will confirm, with a hope that it may be fixed at some point in forthcoming Version 3.
