Hi Rod,

Most likely, you installed ASCOM v5 platform over the top 
of an existing v4 platform, so you "inherited" the existing
SkyCommander driver.  This is recommended way to install
v5, if an earlier version is already installed.

I just supplied a copy of the driver to one person, and 
I'm trying to contact the original author to see if we can 
get a stand alone installer for the older driver.
