You guys are confusing me. Would you mind running thru a checklist for me in preparation for getting a Celestron NexStar to work with CDC? 1. Install the full version including Ver 2.7c of CDC. Am I correct in assuming the CDC ASCOM driver is already included and installed once the full version is up and running? 2. Download and install the ASCOM Platform V5.0a from the ASCOM site. 3. Download and install the NexStar driver package Celestron Unified (5.0.14). 4a Connect up NexStar scope to computer and switch on. 4. Proceed to the CDC Telescopes section and go thru the configuration routine. 5. Use scope after going thru the 2 star alignment etc. 6. Goto objects by clicking on the object as shown on CDC. --geoff
