There is a feature that lets you get email when someone leaves you a voicemail. I figure it would mail to the email account you gave when you got your Skype account, so the first thing to know is which account that was. I don't know more about this feature except that I do get emails when someone leaves me a voicemail now. I have not heard of a feature that sends email when someone tries to add you to Skype though.
