Now Doug here is a user friendly idea that will help with access to. A callto link in the e-mail to return the call from the person. A link that will make skype play the e-mail when clicked. This way people can access the voice mail message threw there inbox and return the call right there.

I figure it would mail to the email account you gave when you got your Skype account, so the first thing to know is which account that was. I don't know more about this feature except that I do get emails when someone leaves me a voicemail now. I have not heard of a feature that sends email when someone tries to add you to Skype though.
