I'll update the wiki page with this status and hassle again when I see
the release go out.

Watch the language below btw; 'separate repository' should probably be
'separate directory'.
The repository is the directory above jakarta/ that all the codebases
for ASF TLPs are in. Just to save confusion in the future :)
