Okay, so my name's not Aravind, but I can offer some info here...

128mb without a doubt. It's like the difference between 32 and 64
on Win98.

P6 series plus... *Maybe* a P1 MMX series, but you'd be pushing it.
A lot.

If that's *all* you wanted to do, 2 gigs would be fine. Don't trust
the "I bought a 73gig hard drive and Windows takes up half of it"
bollocks - they're obviously not thinking about their install.
Now, that's Win2K Professional without web services or anything.
If you'd want to do all of that *plus* serve databases and dynamic
web pages... You'd buy a second, similarly specced machine!
Or, you could leave all of the real tasks to your Linux box. :)
