People are NOT whinging about a single outage, it's just a single
example of poor service from many. Taken individually, it is probably
unfair to complain about any of them unless you know the
circumstances. Taken collectively, it's fine to whinge, because it
represents a poor service, whatever the reasons. Telstra sucks.
