No, I've chased that one down. Earlier, before this problem, they added a computer and set it up "just like the other ones" which meant they copied digit for digit the setup on another computer including the IP. But this time it's really been freaky. When their internet goes down they may be able to send and receive email but no web pages, then it swaps out with no email but the web works. I'm hoping/praying/guessing that I have it fixed this time with the router.
