I have 2 customers with the same issue. Both are the Outdoor units. Both use less then 50 feet of cable, so weird power is NOT the problem, unless there are flaky power units that came with the system. Also, leaky connections can be ruled out because both of mine did it a day after the install. Plus it’s been raining every other day and it seems to work after a reset, rain or shine. They would reset the radio and all is well . . . until the next cycle. It seems to drop after the Ethernet has not been in use for a while. If they are using it, it seems to stay up fine.
I may test with an Outdoor unit I have on hand, that came in the same batch. I might be able to see some patterns.
My indoor units work like a charm. I have 3 outdoor units running and the rest are all indoor units connected to external antennas.

Our development is doing research and request us to gather more information. How often does this happened? Are you able to log the Data continuously under Statistics until the problem happen again. We need to see the log.
Is the power source clean and stable? Have you tried with the 18V power supply instead of the supplied one for cable run above 100feet? Is the Ethernet cable tested good, connector, crimp, water leakage... Also, do you have the picture to show how the unit being mounted or placed?
For reassociation, the airBridge will retry everytimes and if the signal is strong enough, it will connect.
