Actually, a 13db 90* sector means that right in front of the antenna will have 13db gain and 45* to either side of center will have 10db gain (90* is the -3db beam). The antenna actually has coverage to 120*. A 120* antanna will cover to ~150*. Now none of this matters if you use three different radios on three different channels. The only time it is important is when you use 1 radio with a 3 way splitter.
