Works in just about every situation and is easier to get off of
the connector later.

Sounds like static charge, but that's just me. Just a thought but has anyone tried rubber coating over the connections for the lmr

"dew", eh? I'm in ABQ, New Mexico. The only dew around here comes from my two golden retriever puppies and they don't go up on the roofs with me.

I haven't read all the posts yet and I know this has been said before, but a time based problem seems to be non-radio related. This sounds exactly like dew getting in a connector and causing problems :-( I wish I could be up on your tower to help.

I replaced a 2 week old APPO last night that was exhibiting the "lost association" problem. The new APPO I used as the replacement came from the same order I got from Electro-Comm. This new unit worked sporadically last night but this morning around 10 am lost all signs of life.

Also we purchased 3 ABO's during the same time frame. One died completely and the other two are disassociating every evening about the same time.

So, were ohhh for five on those 'June' units.
