Just try it on a regular workstation to see if it will boot up into
the install program.
It will not harm anything. Just boot up and find your HD and then ask
you for your install options and it's first when you hit I to install
that it will ask you if you really want to wipe the disk. But just to
test to test on a different system to see if you can make it boot on a
different machine.

If you can make it boot on a different machine pull the harddrive out
of your tobe MT machine. put it temporary in the machine you managed
to boot the CD on install (be sure to disconnect your good harddrive
in that machine) install MT the pull the HD out of that machine and
put it in your ECS mobo machine and it should boot up for you.

If worst come to worse you could use your own Workstation to test
with. Just be sure if your getting to the install part that before you
try install you have disconnected your own harddrive from the system
so you don't risk nuking your Windows install on your own harddrive.
