Eje, I don't have another unused system here to try it on. I have never had a problem with ECS motherboards booting from CD - we use them all the time to setup new systems and boot from the Windows CD. I think it may be the hard drive, or rather the old data that is on the hard drive. I have a site survey this morning, running out the door now, but will try to wipe the hard drive when I get back and try it again. I really haven't had time to work on it this week - there was a story about us and our competitor on the front page of the local paper this week and my phone has been ringing off the hook! That is GOOD! and bad - I don't have the manpower to cover all the site surveys and installs. LOL!!
Will let you know what I find after I clean the hard drive and try again - thanks a million for your help!
