Please realize I do not condone the breaking of any governmental
regulation.  However, the FCC does not have the manpower to be looking
over everyone's shoulder to make sure they do not go a couple of dB over
the limit and probably would not do anything about it unless someone
from Congress complained about it.  Blatantly running 5 watts might get
their attention, but not a few dB.

No it doesn't  The power indication is incorrect.  At max power you are
only putting out 17dBm
        Radio    +17dBM
        Antenna +24dBm
        EIRP    41dBm
Max EIRP allowed PtMP CPE 48dBm
