Alex,

To use the dev release of Fifo simply change the line:

echo "http://release.project-fifo.net/pkg/rel"; >>
/opt/local/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf

to

echo "http://release.project-fifo.net/pkg/dev"; >>
/opt/local/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf

as follow the instructions located here:
https://docs.project-fifo.net/docs/installing-fifo

I should probably note that starting with this dev version we have removed
the need for leo. The down side is that your hypervisors will reach out to
the internet every time they need to install a dataset, so if internet is
down or the dataset api is down you will not be able to use new datasets
(datasets already on the hypervisor will work). This is probably an
acceptable tradeoff for a single server or test system. For more
information see: https://docs.project-fifo.net/v0.8.2#1-setup-leofs-storage

Have fun!
Kevin
