I'm not sure which part of 'these' you're referring to:

- an evaluation of moving existing dns/server service properties onto
  the instance is appropriate/possible in the face of my upgrade concern
- templates
- the fix which allows 2 manifest files with the same service to
  not stomp on each others properties
- some sort of instance cloning
- a better solution for configuration sharing among multi-implementation
  and multi-instance services

But, I'd expect that they'd be delivered in roughly that order into 
Nevada.  Templates should go into Nevada within the next few months, but
aside from that it's more hazy.  What gets backported into S10 is a question
we answer after we integrate the fix into Nevada; obviously a support
contract can help influence the decision.
