You think? Let me tell you: I still have a 24x7x365 Platinum support contract. In the last year, I got only one issue resolved; my first issue with USB not working got shot down so fast that it made my head spin, even though I bought support exactly because Sun had promised to deal with third party OEMs to resolve issues.
