It does depend though on what iPhone she has and what her existing sim 
is capable of. For example the first gen iPhones won't be able to use a 
3 sim and the new 3g iPhones won't accept non 3g capable sim cards. 
She'll also need a decent data plan with her existing contract to take 
full advantage of the iPhone.
