I've got a Marware leather holster type thing, slips on my belt, phone in
portrait orientation.  I can listen to the ipod with it in the case, and
retrieve the phone without haveing to unplug headphones.

But only gets used when I'm mobilising.  Sitting at my desk, the phone is
next to the keyboard.
