I totally understand Virginia - there's only one thing I've seen that  
I'd really consider which is this (for iPhone, but others on there):

There's a cheaper one just for the front as well.

I'd be happy with a fabric sleeve as I had on my previous iPod but  
Apple don't supply them anymore and nobody seems to make one that I've  
found. Yet.
