huh? I'm getting confused. In order to get the option of
restoring from back-up I have to erase it. can you be more specific?

OR does anyone know where the backup files are? I could back-up
new one then get the correct sqlite file for old iPhone, put it
with new iPhone and restore new iPhone from new iPhone back-up.

TheSMS is the crucial stuff.
