I'd have installed iOS 6 for just one improvement - both iPhone 4S and iPad 2 seem a lot slicker. App loading/switching, mail sending, web page loading, and other aspects seem better. Thought it might be my imagination but a bit of A/B comparison does seem to show a slightly better experience. One feature I already value - Do Not Disturb.
