Hi I am helping a friend who knows even less about Macs than me. She wanted to upgrade to Yosemite. All seemed to go well with the download until the restart which reverted to the original OS. It appears that someone has renamed her home drive "Untitled" (on her desktop at least). Might this be the reason, and what can I do to access the update of her OS?
