Well, her MacBook is working ok - it's just running the old OS 10.9.5 despite installing the upgrade to Yosemite. On the desktop her hard drive appears labelled as "untitled" but when logging on the MacBook is called by her name "Judith Miller". "Untitled" contains applications, library, system and users.
