Hi, My partners phone has started to not take calls and not notify her of missed calls. She has of course taken the scientific route of powering off and on, to no avail. I seem to remember seeing a post once about resetting the phone without destroying all the personal information. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Andy
