Thanks, All. I knew about Injoy, but the last time I looked, their
motor only had oilite bearings. I see that they now have a needle
bearing version. I've asked them for some more info. If it's useful,
I'll post what I get.
I also knew about Tim McCann's winch. It looks gorgeous, much prettier
than mine. However, mine works well, except for the bearings.
