My problem is that I have no high speed internet available in this location.
The best I can usually get on dial-up is 16K because the phone lines are so
bad. Of course, there is no hope of getting the phone company to upgrade the
phone lines. I am going to have to go to HughesNet for Internet. I want to be
able to access the Internet from my home and office without having to pay for
two satellite installations.

yagi pales in comparision,
1/4 mile is 1320 feet, that is way too far for yagi,
there is no such thing as turn key system,
for what you need to do, yours is the most custom

most turn keys cover only overlap coverage and channels

try to find some cheap parabolics, maybe eBay, (I'm guessing)

Attach your AP directly to the DISH with a coupler, and power over
ethernet.
Not sure how to get ethernet 200feet.

Have you looked into ZigBee ? Edison will be using it to read electric
meters in a couple of years
