What discussion is going on here? The title given to the topic is, 'is it correct to cancel the RTE? ' And the discussion is about passing and failing. But sirs,,, nobody is against rte which ensures edn to a child. But when the question of passing and failing comes, every one should support exam system. Because, it ensures learning of a child. Otherwise, many of the children will be simply comers and goers to the school. They don't care about studies or their future at least. Then,,,, is there any bye-law which refuses schooling to a failed student? I don't think there is any. Examination doesn't mean that a boy should get 100% marks. There is a criteria of 35 marks.
