ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಸರ್, ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ದತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಅಂಶವು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಇಂದಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ದತಿ ಕೇವಲ ಅಂಕಗಳಿಕೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಎತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಏನೆಂದರೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅಂಕಗಳಿಸಿದವನು ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದಾನೆ , ಗಳಿಸದವನು ಕಲಿತಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಸಮಂಜಸವೇ? ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪಣೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ " ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಆಯಾಮಗಳು ಹಲವಾರು". ಸರ್ , ತಾವು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ಅಕ್ಷರಶಃ ಸತ್ಯ. ನಾವು ನೀವು ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರ ತಾತ್ವಿಕ ರೂಪದ್ದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದ್ದು. "Examination doesn't mean that a boy should get 100% marks" ಅನಿರುದ್ದ ಸರ್ ರವರ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯ ದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವೇನು? ಕಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಲು ತರಗತಿ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಪಧ್ಧತಿ ಬೇಕೇ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದಾದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಈ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಪಧ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳದೇಯೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಡೋನೇಷಿಯಾ ಕ್ವಾಲಿಟಿ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಕೊಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪಣೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಧ್ಧತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಪವಿದೆ ಎನ್ನೋಣವೇ?
