Hi. There is obviously something wrong with this special stick or the software you are running on: We have several dozens of customers running a net6501 with 8GB SanDisk cruzer fit sticks.
Perhaps try to boot this stick in a different machine, or flash the software again. If both does not work then the stick itself is probably not ok.
