Hi Walter,

I have a cheap soundcard which has this problem. One channel
is delayed approximately 15us with respect to the other one,
regardless of sampling rate... At 10kHz, 15us corresponds to
54 degrees phase shift - a disaster in an SDR!
Maybe the cheap codec chip contains only one A/D converter
that is multiplexed between the two channels?

Both SDRadio and Winrad have an adjustable phase correction
and I think they can compensate for a fixed time error by using a
"fractional sample delay" routine (is this correct Alberto?).

In SDRadio:
   Options/Sound Card Channel Skew Calibration

In Winrad:
   ShowOptions/Channel Skew Calibration
