Johan, yes and no... SDRadio can compensate for a fractional sample delay between the two channels. Winrad used to do that too. But at a certain point in time I changed that behavior, reverting to a normal phase compensation, but adding the possibility to delay either the left or the right channel by one full sample time. This seems to cover a broader spectrum of possibilities among the unfortunate owners of sound cards designed with the goal of cheapness, not quality, in mind... A suggestion to all of the serious SDR experimenters, at least those not following the path of RF direct sampling : do yourself a big favor, and buy a decent sound card. One with 24-bit sampling resolution, 96 or even 192 kHz sampling rate. You won't regret that. 73 Alberto I2PHD
