Bob,

I would advise Spectran and Spectrum Lab.

I have both but have become more familiar with Spectran.

There is also Baudline for Linux, but I am nor really familiar with it.
I have read great praises about it, but cannot really tell by myself.

I used Spectran to watch and record a past HAARP EME experiment on 40
meters and it did very well.

Of course, there are many more I cannot tell by now, I am not really
familiar with them.

MultiPSK also has a Spectrum Analyzer and an Oscilloscope option for
registered copies. I have used it for capturing waveforms for my
presentations and conferences.
