My previous reply was about AUDIO analyzers. RF types are a different breed, and not sound card types (at least, without some extra hardware), and rather narrowband, because of the low sampling rate.
Nevertheless, maybe a mix of sound card technology and sampling spectrum analyzer could be implemented with some extra hardware.
