+1 Camera Sequencer makes life easier for pre-viz or studio who does a lot of animatic and film adjustments.

Handles have nothing to do with it, multishot workflow is about inter-shot consistency. We had to invest considerable amounts of time here for the multishot workflow, and it's one of the biggest improvements previz and layout have seen across the board ever, AND rather important for final animation as well whenever you have matching. If you never had to have geographical consistency in a sequence across camera cuts, good on you, a lot of people out there struggle with that day in and day out.
