FYI, Hybride is not games. We are owned by Ubisoft though. I'd say Ubisoft 
Montreal would be a good choice since they've been around for quite some time. 
It depends on availability though obviously.

Your best bet would be to apply for a job and then get the company to do the 
work for the visa.
