Chris might be a bit too high up. Soft got two "new" product manager/designer who have been kinda absent.
Daniel Tutino replaced Cory, who was sort of temping in after Chinny... more or less, I guess. I think he did introduce himself on the list... maybe. At some point. Or it was possibly another list, and another Daniel. I don't know. Don't bash on Chris (Chia) though, the guy has been consistently doing more than a lot of other people in the face of some really rude response. You can argue it might or might not be his job to, but you gain nothing from alienating him (or Luc-Eric, or Graham) from the list.
