-memory consumption would be drastically lower in arnold 4.x
-this was the basis for the workflow we used on elysium, of course for more shots and a lot more detail... remember we rendered over 5 trillion triangles for elysium. -not everything was hand placed, we had some more ICE tools for automatically aligning and placing buildings.
